AI workflow for creatives
How a graphic designer, a photographer or an art director brings AI into their production chain without losing control: the method, the steps, and what Axiris has published.
An AI workflow for creatives brings AI into the production chain of a graphic designer, a photographer or an art director as one step, without handing it the decision: intention → preparation → production → control → correction → validation → final render. Elsewhere, you generate and everything moves with every attempt; at Axiris, you build, you correct zone by zone, and what is validated no longer moves. Photoshop, ComfyUI and your usual tools work together in it, and it is the creative who holds the logic of the workflow.
This section is written for creatives, graphic designers, photographers, art directors and illustrators, who want to bring AI into their work without handing it the decision. Here you will find what a workflow is, where AI takes its place in it, and how Axiris builds yours with you.
We no longer generate an image. We build it. Elsewhere, you type, you rerun, and everything moves with every attempt. Here, you move forward step by step, you keep what is good, and what is validated no longer moves. The workflow is what makes that possible.
What is a workflow?
A workflow is an organised way of going from an intention to a result.
In visual creation, it describes the operations, decisions, tools and validations that turn a brief, an idea or a start image into a deliverable result.
A workflow can be very simple. It can also become a production chain that brings in several pieces of software, several AI models, references, and stages of generation, correction, retouching and validation.
At Axiris, the word workflow does not mean a technical graph or an automation. It means a working method built around a goal:
intention → preparation → production → control → correction → validation → final render
In a real project, some steps repeat, move or change tools. An image can be generated, taken into Photoshop, passed through ComfyUI, transformed from a reference, corrected in one zone, then finished by hand. The workflow is the logic that links all these operations, and it is the creative who holds it.
Where to start
If you read only one page, read the guide published in July 2026: Bringing AI into a graphic designer's workflow without losing control. It starts from what you already know how to do, building an image, and shows what AI changes about it, and what it does not.
Then, depending on your question: correcting a zone without redoing everything, working with references, building the image by zones, or what Nova does between your brief and production.
Workflows that evolve
Models change, and so do tools. What Axiris publishes is what has been tested on its own machines, dated, with the method: in the news when a model is released, in the guides when a test has something to say. The pages in this section state the method; the news and the guides provide the proof.
