Second brain

A written working memory, yours, that any AI can read.

A second brain is a written working memory: your dated decisions, your method, your brand guidelines, the state of your projects, in text files that belong to you and that any AI can read at the start of a session. Axiris has worked this way from day one, and this foundation is what makes Nova: a highly specialised knowledge base in image and video, and the memory of your project. Axiris helps you build yours and keep it.

A creator without memory starts over

A conversation with an AI is forgotten. At the next one, it starts from zero: it no longer knows which shade you validated, which reference you set aside, why the March poster had that framing. You explain again. You redo.

A second brain is the answer to that: a written working memory, yours, that you hand back to the AI whenever you want. Your decisions, with their date and the sentence that made them. Your method: how you work, what you refuse, what has worked. Your projects: where you stand, what remains to be done. Your brand guidelines: the colours, the typefaces, the words.

Why text

A second brain is made of text files, in Markdown format: a `#` for a heading, a `-` for a list, nothing hidden. It is the format AIs read best, because they see exactly what you see: a heading stays a heading, a table stays a table. A word-processor document, on the other hand, locks your words into a layout that has to be extracted first, and the extraction loses the structure.

Text also means: your files will open in thirty years, on any computer, with any tool; you can see line by line what an AI changed in them; and you can switch AI without losing anything. That is where the word sovereign takes on its meaning: the memory of your practice is with you, readable without Axiris, and it leaves with you.

What Axiris does with it

Axiris has worked this way from day one. Every decision, every measurement, every project is a dated note, and the agents that work with the studio read it before opening a single tool. What the studio knows about image and video lives in those files, not in the head of a model.

This foundation is what makes Nova. What sets her apart is not the model that makes her speak: it is her knowledge base, highly specialised in the image and video professions, which Axiris is developing in depth. Nova can rely on a local model or on a cloud model, depending on what you ask for; the knowledge, the method and the memory remain those of Axiris, and yours.

For your project, the principle is the same: your pinned brand guidelines, your dated decisions, what remains to be done, placed where Nova reads them. This per-account project space is in development; it draws directly on the way the studio keeps its own memory.

Building yours

You start small. One folder. A first file that says who you are, what you do, how you like to work. Then your decisions, as they come, with their date.

With Axiris, this is part of the set-up: we set up the folder with you, we teach you to keep it, we link it to Nova. And over time, if you wish, we maintain it with you: Maintenance.
