Your environment

Maintenance

Keeping your environment up to date and in working order.

Maintenance, at Axiris, means keeping your environment going over time: engines updated when a better one comes out, and measured before they are put in place; your workflows adapted; your second brain kept; a room where your team writes when it gets stuck. Since everything runs at Axiris, an update asks nothing of you: you find the same interface, and the result improves.

Why an environment needs upkeep

A better model comes out almost every month. A workflow tuned in March gives, by October, a result that can be beaten. Brand guidelines evolve, a format appears, a decision made on one project holds for the next if someone wrote it down. Without upkeep, an environment wears out: you fall back on yesterday's settings, you redo what you had already solved.

Keeping up with the models that come out is not your job. It is ours.

What maintenance covers

The engines. When a model comes out, Axiris installs it, pits it against what is already running, and measures: same intent, known conditions, what the maker announces kept separate from what we have observed. If it does the job you ask for better, it replaces the old one in your workflows. Otherwise, it waits. What the studio follows and what it uses today: Models.

Your workflows. Adapted when your production changes: a new format, one more variant, a material to render differently. They run at Axiris; the adaptation happens there, and you find the same interface.

Your second brain. Over time, if you wish, we keep your working memory with you: the dated decisions, what remains to be done, what was set aside and why. It is what saves you from starting over: Second brain.

A place to write. When your team gets stuck, it writes in its room, and Nova is there. Whatever needs a hand from Axiris reaches us.

What Axiris publishes. The news says what comes out, on the day it comes out; the guides say what has been measured and how to use it.

What happens without you

Since the recipe runs at Axiris, an update asks nothing of you: no software to reinstall, no model to download, no workstation to take out of service. Your layouts, your references, your creations stay where they are. What changes is the result.

What never changes without you: your decisions. A replaced engine does not remake a validated image. What is frozen stays frozen.

How to take it up

Maintenance is the third stage of the set-up: over time, if you wish, once the installation has shown what serves you. Its scope and its conditions are set with you, according to your volume and what you want to keep up to date. There is no price grid here, because none would be right for every practice.

For an independent creative, the same thing exists at their scale, and starts with the same conversation.

Contact request: a first conversation, free and with no commitment. Every practice is different; it is by listening to you that we propose what suits you.
