Where your data lives
Your source files, your renders, your brand guidelines, your project history: by default, all of it lives on your machine or on a machine in Switzerland. Nothing goes to a third party unless you have decided it should.
That is the difference with an online service where every image you send leaves your company without you knowing where it goes, or what remains of it.
What you choose
The level of confidentiality is decided per project, not once and for all. Three levels, put simply:
Everything stays local. Nothing goes out: no third-party cloud, neither for the images nor for the memory of your practice, your brand guidelines, your references, your project history. The models run on your machine or on the Swiss machine, and the files never leave it. This is the level for a confidential launch, a sensitive client, brand guidelines that must not circulate.
A provider you name. Only that one, only for the jobs you designate. You know exactly what goes out and to whom.
Authorised cloud. The best engines on the market, when you ask for them, for the jobs where confidentiality is not the issue and quality or speed are.
Sovereign is an offer, not a constraint
Axiris offers sovereignty to those who want it, and keeps its word: 100 %, with no third-party cloud, if that is what you ask for. But we do not stop you from using what you need: today, most teams want the cloud engines, and we do not do without them. If an online engine does the job you ask for better, and that job is allowed to go out, we tell you and you decide.
What we never do: send your files anywhere without you having decided it, or claim a guarantee we cannot show you.
How it shows
In both ways of working with Axiris, the choice is the same and it is yours: on your machine in Switzerland, your workflows decide; with the Nova service, it is the level you have set for the project. To understand what is technically at stake between a local model and an API: Local model or API?
